• Culinary School
Our Culinary School will not only deliver professional, systematic theoretical knowledge and practical skills, but will also engage students in integrated study across the different modules of our projects. Participants will help create edible local chronicles so that each dish becomes an educational vessel carrying cultural codes.
• Artist Residency
Our artist residency invites creators to carry out cross‑regional field research and translate tacit knowledge into visualized educational maps. Each residency cycle will generate interactive cultural archives, forming a continually expanding public resource for ongoing education.
