Library
We will build a living, generative art archive, organized around two core categories—“Cultural” and “Ecological”—that transforms our artistic practice into tangible material records and an ever‑expanding body of organic texts.
Each project branch will be widely disseminated across the country to reconnect a new generation with culture and to broaden public impact. Through multilingual publication and the influence of the Terroir Sketching initiative, these materials will be shared both domestically and internationally, potentially becoming a reason for friends abroad to visit China. In this way, the project also promotes the international dissemination and education of Chinese culture.
• Text Archive
“Collection Book” — published books and printed materials that communicate our cultural research and outcomes. Example: Noma’s fermentation guide helped reintroduce kombucha’s Chinese roots to people in China and recently sparked renewed interest.
• Digital Archive
Materials will be preserved in a digital database and made publicly available on a website for browsing, learning, and use.
